康芮颱風侵襲期間，太平山國家森林遊樂區宜專一線11k路基崩塌，以及部分設施毀損，經林業保育署宜蘭分署動員搶修及環境清理後，訂於11月6日上午8時起恢復開園，但該崩塌路段將進行單線雙向通行管制，蹦蹦車維持局部復駛至一公里處，茂興懷舊步道暫停開放。
